Your Assent Team communicates directly with the debtor, asserting your resolve to be paid, the futility of their delays and frivolous defenses, and the consequences of non-payment.  It studies the evidence, examines potential witnesses and illuminates the contractual and technical merits of your case.

Your initial consultation is free.  If you chose to proceed, you pay a non-contingent retainer equal to just one-percent of your principal collection balance.  Otherwise, Assent's fee is entirely contingent upon the recovery of your money, and as low as 15% of amounts collected.
