Premium Collection Fees | Terms and Conditions

Standard placement, status and payment reports available on-line and via fax or e-mail.

Free custom reports provided as needed to effect collection.  Extemporaneous or special reporting

needs and other non-collection services will be efficiently accommodated for a fee of $45 per quarter-hour.

Primary Placement Contingent Fees

Collection agency fees expressed as a percentage of amounts collected

Domestic Commercial Collection

50% of the first $100 collected

25% of the next $1,900 collected

20% of the next $48,000 collected

18% in excess of $50,000 collected

 

Domestic Commercial Legal Accounts

Add 10 percentage points to above rates

Court costs & attorney suit fees quoted separately

 

Second Placements, Judgments and

Accounts Older Than One Year

Collection agency fees expressed as a percentage of amounts collected

 

Domestic Commercial Accounts

50% of amounts collected

 

International Commercial Collection Fee

35% of the first $2,000 collected

30% in excess of $2,000 collected

 

International Attorney Service Fee

Foreign rates are frequently controlled by local governments and are, therefore, quoted at time of need.
